Lisa J. Carmen and her Americana / Roots Band
The Lisa J. Carman Band features all original Americana with flavors of blues,pop, country, and jazzy folk. Lisa, singer songwriter, producer, and teacher,is an independent artist and an independent soul. With musical roots in women’s country, folk, and rock,and as a lyricist she writes with a singular vital force. Communicating intimacy, she has a voice that resonates powerfully with music lovers.
The Americana / Roots band is Jon Myers on bass, Caitlin Thomas on voiiln/viola and vocals, Bob Bruen on mandolin, and Eryn Bent on guitar and vocals.
The clarity and range of her voice lures the listener into her world, with stories and audient pictures of life ,love, and the power inside the present moment. Lisa resides in Santa Fe ,teaches voice,guitar, and songwriting to a clientel of adults and teens. She currently is working and producing record projects for two of her students.
Songwriters in the Round
Songwriters in the Round is a unique and innovative program that features singer/songwriters in a performance setting that enables the audience to interact with the artists. All artists appear on stage simultaneously and exchange songs, stories, inspirations, laughs, and insights into the aritst, and the techniques and art of songwriting. The series, hosted by Lisa Carmen’s production company She Sings Songs, was a fantastic success last year at the venue, hosting eight shows with over 30 incredible original artsts.

With his special blend of rootsy, acoustic guitar, inspired poetic lyrics and a great big hook to hang your heart on, Paul Dillon is no stranger to the music scene. His dynamic acoustic blend of folk rock and Americana – full of head-bobbing rhythmic grooves – leaves audiences full, yet asking for more.
A veteran musician with a touring history, Cristen Grey opened up for the likes of Quiet Riot, Cinderella, Missing Persons and a few other “Glam” bands during the late eighties as a rhythm and lead guitarist for the regionally successful metal band “All Eyes”. Under the auspices of All Eyes Cristen flourished as a songwriter and artist paving the way for her most recent incarnation as Cristen Grey and the Moving Dunes.
