Crystal Bowersox first began writing and performing when she was 10 years old. A native of Northwest Ohio, her journey has lead her from busking for tips in the Chicago subway to performing for major network televised audiences, and everywhere in between. Bowersox first exploded onto the national music scene in 2010, and has since collaborated with the likes of Melissa Etheridge, Jakob Dylan, John Popper of Blues Traveler, and the late great Joe Cocker.
As an uplifting and often painfully honest autobiographical songwriter, her performances have been described by many attendees as therapeutic and healing, leaving concert goers with a glimpse into her soul and life experience; perhaps into their own as well. Her organic, stirring approach to Americana and Country-Folk music has been met with critical acclaim, described as “bluesy and soulful, with a voice incapable of artifice” by the Washington Post. Bowersox has released two EP’s, two full-length studio albums, and is currently writing for her next project, expected for release in 2017.
Join us for two nights with Crystal Bowersox at The Kitchen Sink Recording Studio in Santa Fe, New Mexico on December 7th and 8th, 2016. Crystal will be performing a combination of fan favorites from her past discography, as well as brand new, unreleased music. Each of these intimate performances will be recorded live, and space is limited to 60 persons per show. No audio or video recording of any kind will be permitted.
In addition to the live performances, there will be a special pre-show meet and greet event at Fire and Hops Gastropub on December 8th at 5:30 pm (tickets sold separately). There is a 20-person limit for this event, and tickets can be purchased here at a first come, first serve basis

Located in the heart of downtown Santa Fe, The Kitchen Sink is among the best-designed facilities of its kind in the state of New Mexico, and neighboring regions. The spacious tracking room also lends itself very well to events of this nature.

Parking is available in nearby Guadalupe Street parking lots, in the municipal lot next to Allsups gas station, and ample parking is always available across the street from the studio at the DeVargas Mall.
