Thursday, Sep. 10, 2015, 7:30 pm Birds of Chicago Admission: $25/$39 premium
Jeremy Lindsay’s (JT & the Clouds) fractured country-soul voice and witty ramblings, wrapped in Allison Russell’s (Po’ Girl) silver and gold tones, is a fine thing. You’ll hear echoes of mountain gospel, street corner doo-wop, and classic soul. A full-on folk celebration, the band just finished its Joe Henry-produced album, Real Midnight, which will be available by the time they hit NM.
Friday features a concert in one of the oldest churches in NM, the gorgeous adobe San Ysidro church in Corrales. The next day, Saturday in Santa Fe, we step it up a notch by presenting the band in a private residence, unplugged & intimate, with NM craft brews courtesy of Santa Fe Brewing Company and Norteno cuisine included in the ticket price.
